What's Your Dating Speed?
What first date would you most like to go on?
A goofy romantic movie or mini golf
A couple hours drinking lattes at a laid back coffee house
A romantic dinner, followed by a walk around the city
You're not exactly with someone right now, but you have been dating a very promising guy for a couple weeks. Your cousin has decided to have a whirlwind wedding - and you were just invited. Do you ask your new guy to come along?
No way. You bring your best girlfriend instead. You aren't even going to mention the word "wedding" to him yet.
Depends. If it's a casual party type wedding, then sure. But if he needs to wear a suit, you'll pass on inviting him.
Sure. He's cute - and the closest thing you've got to a boyfriend right now.
You're at the end of a pretty good second date, right in front of your door. What's going to happen?
An invite upstairs
You're having a goofy girl's night out at the ballpark and keep making eye contact with a gorgeous guy (who has plenty of friends for your friends). You:
Make eye contact occasionally, while smiling. If he's interested, he'll come over.
Convince your friends to get closer to his group. One of the those guys has got to be bold enough to make the first move.
Walk over there alone and introduce yourself. You'll regret it later if you don't at least try.
Would you ever go on a dating show?
Probably not... a little too high profile for your tastes
Maybe, if you could be the Bachelorette.
A crazy show like Blind Date would be awesome!
You've been dating a guy for a few months, yet he hasn't said he loves you... you:
Wait for him to say it. If he hasn't said it by now, he's just not ready.
Say something like, "I think I'm falling in love with you." He needs a little push.
Have already said "I love you" by now. You always seem to say it first.
You're at a crowded party with your friends, and you spot a guy who is your type - down to the type of shoes he's wearing. Your friends dare you to approach him. You reluctantly go over and introduce yourself - only to get a very cold reception. How do you feel?
Mortified. You swear you'll never take a dare like this again.
A little bummed. But you shrug it off and figure he's into someone else.
You hardly remember it five minutes later. You're way too busy talking to some guys by the pool.
While waiting in line at Starbucks, you notice a cute guy reading your favorite book. He seems to be alone. What do you do?
Quickly say: "Great book" as you stroll out the door.
Approach him and say, "Hey, you've got great taste in reading" but move on if he doesn't respond enthusiastically.
Go over to his table and say, "I've never seen anyone reading that before. It's my absolute favorite. Mind if I sit down?"
