No, government does a good job caring for the old
Yes, Social Security should have been privatized years ago
It should be phased out, privatized slowly over several decades
Probably not - though a small amount of privatization might be okay

As many people as possible, including the upper middle class
The very poorest people who desperately need one

Smart. Businesses are always better at getting things done than governments.
