Does your ex ever call or email you?

Sometimes - but he usually has an excuse, like wanting some stuff back.
Quite a bit. You two are still pretty good friends.

Since you've broken up, your ex has dated...

Imagine running into your ex in front of his friends. He would...

Ignore you pretty much, saying hi if absolutely necessary
Spend a few minutes talking to you ... and maybe even include you in what they're doing
Say hi, and go back to what he was doing before.

Mutual friends tell you:

He's interested in someone else now
He's still talking about you and asking what you're up to
It took awhile for him to get over you

You include your ex in group of people you forward a funny joke to. He:

Doesn't email you back.
Doesn't email you back right away, but starts forwarding you stuff as well.
Emails you back saying how funny the joke was and includes a few jokes of his own.

Why did you and your ex break up?

You did something kind of horrible to him - like cheating or lying.
You aren't really sure anymore...
You sort of drifted apart over time.

Does your ex talk about fun and happy memories between you two?

He has once or twice.
Not that you know of. You don't hear from him enough to judge.
All the time. Plus, you two still do a lot of the things you used to do when you were dating.

For Christmas, your ex:

Sends you a group Christmas message or an e-card.
Doesn't contact you. He wasn't too great with holidays to begin with.
Stops by your place with a little gift.
