  1. How much do you feel like you need to change your life?
    • A fair amount. You know it's the right thing to do, but you try to deny it sometimes.
    • A lot. You know all of the reasons why, and how your life will improve if you do.

    • Workout a reasonable exercise and eating plan - with a good deal of flexibility
    • Go on a strict diet and hope for the best
    • Start buying smaller clothes - and starving yourself to fit into them
  5. If you're addicted to Starbucks, what's the best way to give it up?
    • Only drink disgusting coffee you make at home
    • Cold turkey
    • Slowly cut back, finding other ways to get energy
  6. Imagine you have a really bad shopping problem - and your credit cards are maxed out. How do you fix it?
    • You pay off one card at a time, cutting back spending - but splurging once and a while when you get rid of debt
    • You force yourself to live like a pauper until all your credit card debt is gone
    • Declare bankruptcy, and start over from scratch
  7. While you're trying to change your life, something horrible happens? How do you react?
    • You get off track for a couple days, but you're back to the plan after that
    • You end up reverting back to the old you to deal with the drama
