On any given day, the chances you'll skip at least one class are:

10-25%
Less than 10%
Over 25%

You start studying:

During the first week of a class
When your grade is in jeopardy
A few days before the first test, if you're lucky

You take notes:

Regularly
When you feel like it, or when you're pretty sure you won't remember something
Hardly ever

Do you do extra credit assignments?

Always
Depends on the assignment and the chance it will make a difference for your grade
Only if it prevents you from failing

If you have to write a big paper:

You'll have your friend look it over before you turn it in, but you won't go overboard writing it
You fire it off the morning it's due
You spend weeks researching and rewriting it

Do you do the assigned reading for your classes?

All of it
Eventually you'll read the important stuff
No, that's what lectures and borrowing notes are for
